Know History conducted archival and large-scale genealogy research to create a comprehensive research package to support Treaty Annuity modernization negotiations with Canada. The project involved gathering historical documents, engaging with the communities to ensure their perspectives were included, using our custom RootsForward genealogy software to database genealogy research, and composing accessible and fully defensible community history reports for several First Nations.
