Know History was proud to be a major sponsor of CIAJ-ICAJ / Can. Institute for the Admin. of Justice / Institut can. d’admin. de la justice Symposium on Indigenous Courts. This symposium provided an important space for dialogue and exchange among actors of the legal system.

With powerful speakers and meaningful discussion, we learned about the ways in which Indigenous communities have designed their own legal institutions, creating justice systems that reflect their values.

In October 2025, we traveled to Epekwitk (PEI) to speak with community members directly concerning connections built out for L’nuey’s Ni’n Aq No’kmaq Genealogy Project.
