The North Saskatchewan Heritage River Initiative
Congratulations to The North Saskatchewan Heritage River Initiative for having a 718km section of the river designated as a Canadian Heritage River!
Know History is proud to have contributed essential archival research to support this initiative. This designation marks an incredible milestone and offers an opportunity to generate support for wider use of Indigenous languages and cultural connections to this important waterway.
